This application stores the cosumed amounts of food you enter.
It also stores your daily calories, gender, height, weight, age and daily activities.
This data is used to estimate your recommended diet, check to which degree you follow it and generate statistics for you.
This data is ONLY stored locally on your phone an is NEVER transfered anywhere else.

Personal data via email
If you choose to contact us via email we will store your email adress and all information neccessary answering your enquiry.
Personal data on our social media accounts
We do not collect or analyse data from our social media accounts.

How long we store your data
Consumed food, daily calories, gender, height, weight, age, daily activities
This data stays on your phone until you overwrite it or delete the PLANEATARY app.
Personal data via email
Personal data sent via email is only stored as long as neccessary for answering your enquiry.
If your enquiry leads to contracts or financial transactions the corresponding data is stored in respect to our legal liabilities towards tax offices and other government agencies.
What rights you have towards your personal data
You can request the surrender of your personal data from us, including all data you have given to us.
This does not apply to data that is only stored on your phone like consumed food, daily calories, gender, height, weight, age and daily activities (as we do not know those).
In addition, you can request the deletion of all personal data that we have stored about you.
This does not include the data that we have to keep due to administrative, legal or security-related needs.
